How do I order?

    Choose your favourite photo to be passed on to our expert design team. Ordering a portrait of multiple persons/pets? You can easily upload individual photos when ordering.

  • 2. Finalize your order.

    Select whether you'd like to receive your portrait via email, or for the art to be printed in the printed formats we offer. Easily select your background colour (we can also customize a background for an added charge).

  • 3. Sit back and relax.

    Depending on the demand, your art will be ready for preview by 3-7 days. Once finished, depending on what final output you've selected in the beginning, the design will either be packaged and shipped to your home - or just sent to your email.

Frequently asked questions

I want a certain scenery background, not just a background color. Is that doable?

Yes, we offer an extra charge which you can opt at your order form. Select "yes" at "would you like a custom background" and either upload a specific background of your choice, or type in a description of your preferred background and we'll gladly accomodate!

How long would it take my order to arrive?

Your portrait email preview usually takes 3 to 7 days. You can also choose to skip the line, and get VIP prioritization!

Once the art is finalized - printing, framing and dispatch takes around 2 to 7 business days.

Then the shipping/delivery time depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows:

- USA: 3-10 business days

- Canada, Europe and Oceania: 5-25 business days

- Other International Countries: 10–30 business days

Can I order a digital file only?

Absolutely! If you'd like to print and frame your pet portrait yourself, you can skip the printing options at checkout.

Can I get your help selecting the best photo?
