Your emailed portrait drawing usually takes 3 to 7 days. You can also choose to skip the line, and get VIP prioritization!

If you decide to print your art with us; printing, framing and dispatch takes around 2-5 business days. Then the delivery times depends on your location:

- USA: 3-10 business days

- Canada, Europe and Oceania: 5-25 business days

- Other International Countries: 10–30 business days

For rush orders with strict 1-2 week deadlines: We suggest to order only the digital printable file and skip the print add-ons, then get the art printed at your local print shops.

We recommend to check "skip the line" at checkout for rush orders.

We stand behind the quality of our products & guarantee our workmanship 100%. Due to its personalized nature, we also do not accept refunds once the art is finished and submitted to you.
