Sure! When you press the "Add To Cart" button, you can see printed format options we offer.

If printed, when will my art arrive?

Your emailed portrait drawing usually takes 3 to 7 days. You can also choose to skip the line, and get VIP prioritization!

If you decide to print your art with us; printing, framing and dispatch takes around 2-5 business days. Then the delivery times depends on your location:

- USA: 3-10 business days

- Canada, Europe and Oceania: 5-25 business days

- Other International Countries: 10–30 business days

Can I have my printed art delivered under a week?

For rush orders with strict 1-2 week deadlines: We suggest to order only the digital printable file and skip the print add-ons, then get the art printed at your local print shops.

We recommend to check "skip the line" at checkout for rush orders.

Return policy

We stand behind the quality of our products & guarantee our workmanship 100%. Due to its personalized nature, we also do not accept refunds once the art is finished and submitted to you. But don't worry! With our years of experience serving customers like you, we do accept modification requests until you are fully satisfied.

If you do decide to print with us, defects or errors in printing will result in a replacement at no charge — simply submit a support request with a photo of the items, & we will issue an immediate replacement. We got your back!

We typically do not accept returns, refunds or replacements due to customer error such as incorrect selection of sizes, photos, etc.

I want a certain scenery background, not just a background color. Is that doable?

Yes it is, it's a popular option by many clients! Select "yes" at "would you like a customized background" and either upload a specific background of your choice, or type in a description of your preferred background and we'll gladly accomodate!

Can I order a digital file only?

Absolutely! If you'd like to print and frame your portrait yourself, you can skip the printing options offered.

Can I get your help selecting the best photo?

Of course! We've created portraits for hundreds of customers so we're on hand to give you our expert opinion on which photo to use! We'd also love to have a little chat with you, feel free to contact us.
